Customer Launch Microsoft Dynamics 4.0

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, code name ‘Titan’, is ready and released. The new CRM version by Microsoft offers optimum flexibility and can be implemented on location or in a hosted environment. If your business and/or IT need change, you can easily switch from a version on location to a hosted version, or vice versa.

 

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 offers a lot of new possibilities and functions, such as:
• An advanced ‘multi-tenant’ architecture that can support a large amount of users, business units or departments per server;
• Broad international functions – you can choose from more than 25 languages, for example or support for various currencies;
• New Business Intelligence possibilities, including cross-entity views and an ad-hoc report wizard for end users;
• Sophisticated possibilities to automate and integrate business processes based on Advanced Microsoft Windows Workflow;
• New collaboration possibilities with the use of Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007, including real-time presence indicators.

 

Availability
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 is available worldwide in more than 25 languages. The English version is available now. In January there will be nine other language versions on the market. Every four months after January there will be four or more new language versions obtainable.
The Dutch version is available in January.

 

The Dutch launch
On February the 7th Microsoft will launch the fourth version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM in ‘De Fabrique’ in Maarssen. There will also be a press conference. On of the attending speakers is Brad Wilson, general manager of Microsoft Dynamics CRM at Microsoft. Furthermore, a few Dutch customers will share their experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.
