Vektis chooses Microsoft CRM, BB.Net Contracts add-on and the BB.Net Project Server Connector. The total implementation will be done in three phases. First Microsoft CRM will be implemented. The end-user will then be able to manage customer contacts, dispatch operations using workflows and assign tasks and jobs to colleagues.
In the second phase the end-user will also be able to manage customer contracts with the BB.Net Contracts add-on. This add-on will be integrated into Microsoft CRM. In the end Microsoft CRM and the BB.Net Contracts add-on will be connected to the Microsoft Project Server using the BB.Net Project Server Connector. Thereby, scheduled resources and operations of different projects can be found in Microsoft CRM and linked to a certain contract.
By choosing Microsoft CRM, the BB.Net Contracts add-on and the BB.Net Project Server Connector Vektis is able to manage and control the entire business process. With one push on a button the end-user can see which contract a customer has and which products and projects are connected to it.
